MotorCYCLE CASA - April 27, 2008
August 13, 2006 was the start of something great - our first MotorCYCLE CASA poker run to benefit abused and neglected children in Riley, Clay, and Pottawatomie Counties. We held a second successful ride on April 29, 2007. Our 2008 ride is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th!
Our 117 participants helped us raise over $2,300 to support Sunflower CASA, a nonprofit organization that trains and supervises volunteer advocates for abused and neglected children in the court system. In 2007, Sunflower CASA's 98 volunteers advocated for 140 children in Riley, Clay, and Pottawatomie Counties.
